PrideNET Account Management Support
PrideNET is the new Springfield College portal. PrideNET allows users to access web-based, personalized information. It will help facilitate communication within the Springfield College community and will provide secure login access to many tools and resources.
How do I access PrideNET?

PrideNET uses the same username and password as your Springfield College webmail account. If you have not set up your Springfield College webmail account, please call the Technology Solutions Center (TSC) at 413.748.4TSC (4872). You will be asked three security questions before the information can be given to you.
You can change your PrideNET password or challenge questions by logging-in to PrideNET and then selecting 'Manage Password and Challenge Questions' located under Quick Links on the left side of the screen.
You will be redirected to a Password Management page.
Please select 'Update Enrollment' from the menu on the left side of the screen. You will be directed to log-in. Please enter your current PrideNET username and password, leave the 'domain' field as it appears, and then click the 'log in' button.
After you have logged-in, you will be redirected to a page where you can update your security questions. Once you have made your changes, click the 'update' button to submit your changes.
You have now updated your security questions. If this did not work, please contact the Technology Solutions Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 413.748-4TSC (4872).
To change your PrideNET password please visit the PrideNET Password Management page. Once at the page, please select 'Change Password' from the left side of the screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to change your password.
If you have been locked out of your PrideNET account, please visit the PrideNET Password Management page. Once at the page, please select 'Reset Password / Unlock Account' from the left side of the screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to unlock your account.
If you have your PrideNET account password, please visit the PrideNET Password Management page. Once at the page, please select 'Reset Password / Unlock Account' from the menu on the left side of the screen, then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your account password.
